I had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Ishita and it was amazing! I wanted to book because I had been feeling sluggish and felt a lot of weight/heaviness in my legs in particular. Ishita was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice. She was very thorough and I left feeling a lot lighter. she also helped relieve tension in my neck and shoulders where I have pain. I’m looking forward to booking again in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend visiting Ishita :)

It was a very good massage, relaxing that I want to sleep now. I had the deep tissue massage as my muscle were so stiff. I would like to try the lymphatic drainage massage at next visit.

Ishita is excellent. She gave me a mix of deep tissue and osteo to address my issues. She used a good amount of pressure and it felt both healing and therapeutic.
