I had a facial and my therapist was lovely and attentive and gave me a very relaxing facial massage. The ambience could have been a bit better as i could hear hairdryers being used the background, also the music used in the room to drown out exterior noise could have been more relaxing rather then just Magic FM radio, but besides all that the treatment itself was very good albeit shorter than specified.
A lovely experience! All of the staff were so friendly. the hair cut was great - definitely the best I have had in a very long time. Their prices are on the higher side (without discount) but I will go back because I was so pleased with the experience!

I had to wait about half an hour when I first arrived as the hairdresser was still on the customer before me. However I was offered a glass of wine and popcorn (awesome!) and plenty of magazines to read so I didn't mind at all. Jade cut my hair and spent over an hour on it so it felt like a decent haircut. Overall, I was impressed and will return.
Lovely haircut and experience. Just a heads up that google maps has the salon in the wrong place, it is on the same block just about 80 yards north. Got a bit lost because of that. Would definitely go back.
