I booked Hair Cut and Blow Dry with Luxury Hair Treatment and it's a bargain for the excellent service I've experienced. Good location, 10mins walk from Victoria station. Venue is great, spacious, clean and neat. Staff are very friendly. Beverages and popcorn provided. Martina did my hair and she's amazing! We talked and found out what exactly I was looking for, and the result was perfect. Can't recommend more!
Staff were friendly and cheerful, salon is clean and bright with wide selection of up-to-date magazines. I had half head highlights and lowlights, cut and blowdry and am very pleased with my hairdresser Jade that fixed my cut and colour and listened to what I was after. I would definately recommend the salon and return. Situated 10min walk to St James tube station it's easy to find and well connected to public transport.
I had an underrm waxing. The wax that they used wasnt really good. Because as my hair is abit thick and coars . It did not remove ithe hair from root . It was the kind of was that it has be left on the skin for few second until it gets firm and dry and they the pill it off. This sort of wax is not good for people with thick and coars hair. Staff where friend and nice and I booked an appointment for hair cut as the first visit is half price!
I'm really satisfied with my haircut. Alex was really professional and quick, giving me good tips while cutting. I like it when there is not a lot of chitchat, so Alex suited me. However, I was glad I had the Wahanda discount, otherwise I think it was to expensive for what you get.
Despite being a bit hostile when I was ten minutes late for the appointment, I can't fault the quality of the cut and blow-dry. I would definitely return here although the salon itself doesn't have the nicest ambiance - lots of staff seem to be sitting around and gossiping.
