Nails look great and love the salon, but the cuticle removing was a little bit vigorous! Also needed to explain how Treatwell worked to the therapist, so it'd be useful for them to be a bit clued up from the service. I have no complaints though - great value session.

The manicurist was running slightly late with her previous appointment and the staff were excellent at keeping me informed and offered me drinks and reading material.
The salon area is within the hairdressers so you do hear all the hairdryers going a a bustle of activity with people going by to get their hair washed beside you and back to the chairs.
The manicure itself was very good but it did take quite a long time as the manicurist was very hot on attention to detail.

The hair-cut was nice as I wanted it. I have dark brown hair, I have asked for honey highlights unfortunately that didn't happen. It seems like I did nothing at all to my hair. The hairdressers were nice and friendly though.

I have to say that I am quite disappointed with my haircut experience and the haircut itself. First of all, the person who washed my hair thought I was some sort of a piece of clothes. Secondly, I supposed to receive a luxury hair treatment and I have to say that there was nothing luxurious about it. The person who did my hair has not spent anytime with me to talk about my hair. I would not recommend a place at all :(
