Great service and haircut by friendly staff.
The snag is that there's no knowledge management in this salon. During my first visit, they messed around with the time, and told me that the time I booked for wasn't valid, and that their system wasn't Treatwell friendly. The person at the till had no idea what to do with the voucher. On my second visit, they told me to just buy a voucher, which I did, but it wasn't recognised at the till, so it was a bit of a faff.
Overall, it's a great place. If staff were trained and knowledge was passed on, they'd get 4-5 stars.
Great service, friendly staff and I was really happy with the result. I would definitely go back again and would recommend.

Lovely atmosphere and staff, super lovely to relax on a Friday night with a glass of wine a magazine and a natter while someone cuts & styles your hair!
Marie did a brilliant job with my unruly hair, I'll definitely be paying another visit!
