Good quality cut, staff really knew what they were doing and were very professional and attentive, they offered me drinks all throughout my time there and were super friendly.
Good quality products used and my hair felt really healthy afterwards. The blow-dry wasn't what I asked for, I wanted straight and my stylist did it a little too flicky for my liking, but it looked ok.
The voucher also advertised a deep conditioning treatment and it wasn't clear if they did it or not as they didn't mention it.

The hairdresser and the other stuff where very nice and attentive and the place was comfortable and clean. Regarding my treatment, I had a luxury treatment and haircut with blowing hair dry and it was ok. I didn't even notice I had the treatment done since apparently they put it on me just after washing my hair without telling me, so I thought it was just a normal wash. The cut was nice but my ends started being damaged again very soon afterwards, so I need another haircut already.
