I had a really lovely experience having my hair cut, felt covid safe and comfortable, but the colour did not go as planned so I had to call up and request a colour correction. The manager was super understanding and immediately put me back in for an appointment, and again everything was lovely and my balayage was fixed perfectly. Chanel is expert and understands just what you're after, and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Thanks so much all, will definitely be back!
