They didn't have my appointment on their system even though they could see I had booked with Treatwell. So I had to come back after 30 mins. Otherwise, service and haircut were nice.

I was really nervous to get my haircut as I had bad experiences in the past spending a lot of money at fancy salons but then the hairdressers hacking off my long hair. I saw the good reviews on here so have it a chance and booked Jade. I got to the salon which I had walked past lots of times but never really took much notice of it. I was greeted with a tea and biscuit and the staff were very friendly. I explained my fear and Jade gave me some reassurance she wouldn’t cut too much, and she was true to her word. She knew exactly what I wanted and understood my hair type and it was cut just how I asked. For the first time in years I left a salon very happy! I would definitely recommend Jade and be going back. Thank you Jade x

Another wonderful hair cut and blowdry with Chanel. The cut is perfect and the blowdry lasts for at least 3 days. Very speedy and good value. Listens to what you want and does it perfectly.
