Have been here before and it was suggested I book direct next time. I didn’t because the prices on Treatwell are obviously lower, and I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if she was annoyed that I hadn’t booked direct, but Chanel was very un-talkative, a bit abrupt and rushed through my hair cut in 30 minutes. I like the result - I think but it was a far cry from the fabulous time that I had before.

Perfect as always! I had a half head highlights and hair cut. Chanel is amazing and always listens to exactly what you want! I would recommend this salon.
