Cut was great, but what Chanel failed to tell me was that the blow dry cream she used when blowing out my hair and recommended for me to buy from the salon to help with frizz as I have 3a/3b curls was actually a product that had some form of keratin and was going to absolutely destroy my curls. A year and a half later and I’m still trying to grow out the damage from my curls becoming pin straight from the product. I wish she would’ve told me beforehand that the cream she used on me and recommended was going to get rid of my curl pattern - I wouldn’t have used or bought it. In the future, please warn your curly headed clients about this. I got absolutely PLAYED and my hair is still suffering. Curly hair girls - steer clear!! Find another place.

Attempting to adopt yogic patience today, after my haircut yesterday. I once had a brilliant hairdresser who I followed to three different salons over 10 years until he eventually gave up hairdressing. Technically brilliant, great cuts, great layering. After my appointment with Chanel, my search continues.
