Orley Quick originally trained as a contemporary dancer, which she still practices along with teaching and creative choreography. These skills have been repurposed in her massage technique and allow a wide range of understanding around the body, how it moves and functions but also how it heals and repairs from injury. Orley then studied at City Lit & London School of Massage where she trained in Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue techniques. Her massage style is kept fresh from continuous exploration into new techniques, allowing her approach to progress as an investigation into practice. Because of this, each massage is kept bespoke, tailored to individual needs. Instead of hoping that everyone will fit into the box of individual massage types, Orley uses her knowledge from each method to generate a full experience that caters to your body’s specific ailments. Drawing from her wealth of knowledge within movement practice and repair, Orley is able to create a safe and comfortable space where unique requirements are acknowledged.
