A great combination of stretching, massage and manipulation with firm pressure. Just right to feel an immediate benefit and lasting flexibility. The staff member was friendly and attentive, whilst not being overly chatty. Use of hot towels to complete the massage was invigorating. A glass of water to finish would have made the experience perfect.
