Short, friendly and welcoming, they let me start the treatment early as I came 15mins before my appointment. A little lack lustre - based on my preference, I preferred the room to be a little warmer and a music playlist instead of a song on loop. I had the 1hr 30 Traditional Thai with oil and hot stone combo - I wasn’t keen on the technique - bit too close to my bones than my muscles, wanted an even split with the treatment but felt like I only got 15mins on hot stone and the remaining on Thai.
