I was fortunate to receive a therapeutic massage from Joy. She ensured she understood the areas of my pain (i suffer with sciatica and other issues) and talked through what she would do. At all points checking the pressure was ok etc.
Really helped after days of suffering and has loosened muscles i never even knew were knotted in my calves, feet etc too.
Very professional and clearly knows her art well.
