I went for a one hour massage. Due to roadworks on the road, My appointment was at 5.30. I was 3min late. The therapist was friendly and asked me if the pressure was ok. As soon as she finished I messaged my husband at 6.23. When I went to pay, I explained that my massage was for an hour. She said the therapist took the full hour but I showed her the message I sent at 6.23 and a full hour would be 6.30. To which she said other customers were waiting and said sorry
