I’m 29 weeks pregnant and suffering with pelvic/lower back pain. I had therapist 3 (Rung) and I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. I was the most relaxed and comfortable I’ve been throughout my entire pregnancy. My comfort was definitely thought of first, making sure bump and legs were supported throughout… I will definitely be booking again before the end of my pregnancy.

Wow, so pleased to have found this place! Booking was easy, there was a slight delay with my appointment but I was advised of this by phone in plenty of time. The venue is lovely, clean and professional, easy to find and park. And most importantly, the massage was amazing! Will definitely be returning.

Joy was fantastic. She relieved pain from my impinged shoulder that 6 physio sessions couldn’t do. So glad I’ve found this little gem in Hornchurch. Highly recommend 😀
