Had a great treatment and amazing therapist. However, I booked for 45mins & after 30mins the venue manager was knocking on the door to hurry the therapist out and argued with her by the door which I could hear. Turned out it was a mistake and I can accept we all make mistakes. The manager was apologetic and charged me for 30mins only (I would have appreciated a discount on this). The knocking on the door, arguing & the rushed end to my massage was unprofessional and left me in a bad mood.
