I arrived with tense painful shoulder muscles and left with no pain and totally relaxed. Was told I may be sore for 2-3 days after treatment, but experienced no soreness. If you need a deep tissue massage to relieve muscle knots, this place works wonders. A wonderful 1hr massage.
