I always use this spa. It’s beautiful for the atmosphere, the Thai tea and mint. I always get an amazing massage. This time I had a massage with Tip. I was very disappointed. It felt rushed and I had to mention it 3 times where I wanted her to concentrate on, but it was more my arms getting massage. I have emailed the salon twice, no response. I mentioned it to staff and nothing back which is very unprofessional and I’m quite surprise with this salons communication. Put me off going back.
