Nat was excellent as usual! My shoulder and ribs have really been bothering me and so she tried a new technique on me and it really got into some of the knots in there. Hopefully with work they can all be brought to the surface and improved more. Already I can twist easier and could take deeper breaths when she'd finished. Thank you so much!
