On entry the staff were friendly, however during the massage the masseuses phone vibrated constantly with messages through the massage. The masseuse never checked about the pressure either and it was a very painful massage at points. It got the knots out but not sure if was worth the pain

The massage itself was great, but there was a rather awkward atmosphere created by the massuese and the staff. Talking in one word sentences and leaving on the blinding medical lights whilst half naked and having a massage did not quite create the right atmosphere for what otherwise would have been an okay experience. As well as this there was banging and clanging as the massuese kicked the chair around the room and also banging and shouting from other rooms as staff/other customers? were talking and laughing wildly. It was not in any way, shape or form the fitting atmosphere in conjunction with the price and this company need to look at how they run their establishment.
