From cleanliness of the bedding (massage table a bit smelly), to room temperature (cold initially then heat on blast which felt like a sauna), to the music played (the therapist turned on some kind of rock on the radio? at least that's what it sounded like, I did not see, but asked to switch it off), to the pressure & quality of the massage - everything was just off for me here. I won't be returning.
