Would have been better if receptionist didn't seem so uninterested and if it had stayed clean/professional (I was asked if I wanted more than normal massage)

Shan Shan was great. She listened and gave me exactly what i asked for and worked harder in needed areas. she is also very friendly and bubbly. i would highly reccommend Shan shan and the entire clinic. Afterwards it was explained to me biologically why i was feeling the pain etc by the herbalist. negatives were we didnt start on time & that i bookef 45 mins and we stopped after 38 mins. however the massage was that good that i didnt mind & even tipped. Definitely worth a visit and great prices for central London.
