I definitely do NOT recommend this salon! especially not for nail extensions!
Overall very badly job and extremely rude staff.
I am normally quite large if there are a few mistakes, but this is the worst I have ever had done, nonetheless do I normally not leave bad reviews, but I am in absolute shock! I booked a slot for 45 minutes, however the whole thing took a whole hour longer! I was in a rush and after constantly having to say the shape wasn’t what I asked for I ended up just saying it’s fine to everything cause I thought it probably wasn’t as bad as it looked. However the next day when I saw it in proper light this was wrong:
- one of my nails wasn’t covered properly with the gel extension (which means there’s now a cut in on my nail)
- 2 of my nails are shorter than the “matching fingers”
- they are not the same shape, some are straight on the side, som are round
- there are “edges” all over the nails on my left hand (probably not filed properly)
- one of my fingers has hurt this entire day (most likely cause the woman filed my nail for way too long and therefor filed my skin instead of cutting the sides which is what people normally do) - bear in mind when I called in about this I was told that I was lying! She told me I was making this up, I am in shock!
- nail polish wasn’t put on properly as the sides of my nails weren’t covered
- nail polish had started falling off already on the way home
Besides this, here is what else went wrong:
- The first lady who started on my nails was extremely moody/rude
- Another lady had to take over because the previous one couldn’t get the shape right (though I only asked to get the same shape as I came in with)
- They don’t cut cuticles
- They don’t measure the length of your nails (hence why mine now are different lengths)
- I booked refill for nail extension and yet they didn’t know what I came in for, also asking me how much it said on Treatwell it would cost
- the atmosphere wasn’t good
- they were talking badly about my usual nail salon, though that place is way cheaper and way more professional
- You don’t get a receipt
I called in the next day, as I’ve had a chance to look at my nails closer, and told them how disappointed I was and that I would like a refund, after this it just went extremely down hill, the manager (who I sadly had the impression was a nice person) started yelling at me, interrupting me, even yelling “listen lady!”, didn’t want to let me speak, telling me I was making things up, and that it would be a waste for them to pay me back the money, even though it obviously is a waste for me to have paid £25 for ruined nails, and here I must add when I came into work two of my colleagues told me my nails looked awful and that I should’ve never paid for it! She even told me on the phone that she could’ve made 2 of my nails longer. However when I told her the day before that my thumb nail was too short she didn’t offer this, she only offered to make the other one shorter as well.
I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone, I’ve worked in costumer service and this is beyond everything I’ve ever experienced.

I had a really bad experience. I had full set of acrylic nails done. After 1.5 hours my nails looked so terrible with massive lumps. The shape was not the same on any of them and it just looked really ugly. Another lady spent another hour fixing them taking acryl off and completely redoing them all over again. I would think twice before going to have my nails done there.
