The treatment was rushed (15 minutes instead of 35-40 as described), the place was dirty, and the waxing was obviously done badly as the lady rushed. It was also very painful but the lady did not care too much and she did not try to make it any less painful. I felt extremely uncomfortable, especially when she did the Hollywood wax, and she made judgemental comments, implying that it was my fault if the waxing was painful.
Lastly, the lady did not give me any privacy when dressing and undressing.
Extremely unsatisfied and never coming back again.

Only cash payments allowed which sucks had to run out for cash and felt it was dirty inside and felt they haven’t cleaned in years and rude staff

Staff weren’t that friendly and the lady doing my nails looked like she didn’t want to be there. Nails look lovely but wish the experience was better.
