Sorry to say but this is the worst salon I have ever visited. The girl who did my Hollywood wax had no clue of what was she doing. She kept in applying the strip wax and scratching me while removing the wax it was so painful that I was almost i tears. Than I asked her to use the hot wax which she denied at first and kept on using the low quality strip wax than I requested her couple of times to use hot wax she did s few parts and than wanted to switch back to the strip wax I told her no and left half done. There is no fan in the waxing room
And it got really hot for me. I was not even offered a glass of water. Than i went for my basic manicure. The lady didn’t speak English and kept on yelling at me in Chinese to choose a color of the nail paint. than she called someone else to explain tit to
Me what was she saying, she did the basic manicure which was a joke and I could have done a better job myself. I would really like to have refunded for the wax as I have to go to another place now to get it done. Such a rip off.
