Horrible experience whereby I was asked 'will I get darker' on my holiday and uncomfortably answered 'I hope so' and she replied 'oh god' I have never left somewhere feeling so mortified. To add to this I said the wax was too hot and have been left with burn marks on my bikini line. It's very upsetting to see my treatment was not what many other people have experienced.

First time using Gosia and would 100% go back! She is lovely, welcoming and made the Hollywood wax experience almost painless. Tidy and well run studio. Thank you Gosia, will be my new regular wax lady.
