Sophie is an absolute gem! She is the most professional esthetician, while also being very kind and considerate. Waxing has never been so painless and thorough. I have exceptionally sensitive skin, because of an underlying health condition, but I have never experienced any pain or post waxing redness. She is a miracle worker.
