Sophie was very kind and considerate . She took into consideration my limitations ( due to disability ) and didn’t make me feel about her having to adapt positioning etc . She uses very high quality waxing products that are much less painful and sore . She worked quickly , with a very pleasant attitude and clearly is a very experienced technician .
