I've been getting waxed for years and Sophie gave me the best wax I've ever had! She was thorough yet quick, and professional yet friendly. She understands how her products (Lycon hot wax in particular) work and is willing to share that knowledge with clients, which was reassuring to know that she truly believes in the quality of products that she's using.
