Sophie is such a lovely and experienced beauty therapist who made me feel at ease the moment I stepped in the salon. I have spent ages looking for someone that does hot waxing properly (without burning or marking me or trying to use strip wax). Sophie was brilliant - due to COVID she was wearing a visor, I wore a mask, sanitised on entry and completed a questionnaire on entry. The room was clean and comfortable. Brilliant service I will definitely be going back.
