The salon is easy to find and there's parking right outside. I amended my appointment the day before and Sophie was super flexible, and on the day was really welcoming, explained the process and was very friendly and chatty. The wax itself was much less painful than ones I've had in the past and she's very thorough. Love that it's all cruelty-free and pretty much all vegan, and Sophie is really knowledgeable about all of the products. Will definitely be back.

Sophie 'rescued' a bad wax job from elsewhere, so despite having moved away I'll be returning to her regularly!

Friendly and excellent service - as well as respectful of COVID guidelines. Massage was excellent and sorted out my back pain. I will be back!
