Sophie is fantastic - I've never had such a good experience, she had such a gentle touch, ensuring me to have the least painful experience I've ever had with a Hollywood wax. Her products and pain management techniques are also excellent, and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Also lovely to chat to, overall just an outstanding experience with an outstanding beauty therapist!

My very first Indian head massage! You must try it, you won't be disappointed. I was surprised it also included upper back, shoulder and neck massage as Sophie worked her way up to the top of my head. I cannot recommend it enough, the venue is peaceful, the music is calming and I really enjoy the 3 deep breaths before each treament.
