Had my first appointment with Roos and was blown away by the quality of service, felt at ease immediately and really enjoyed my time in the salon (which is gorgeous in of itself!). Left feeling like a new woman, couldn't be happier with the results and will be back for more :)

So so happy with my brows and lashes. Roos fit me in last minute and was so lovely and accommodating. She made sure she double checked what I wanted and then again that I was happy at the end of the appointment - which flew by because she's so warm and easy to talk to! I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else in Newcastle. Thanks Roos xxx
