Trained as both a sports massage therapist and in Ayurvedic Yoga massage I have a passionate interest in physiology, anatomy and emotional wellbeing. I take the mindset that there is no “one size fits all” approach, as everyone is a unique and wonderful individual with different preferences and needs. Each session is tailored through pre-treatment consultation. Perhaps you have an injury that needs some attention? Or maybe today you’re needing to simply unwind and relax. We can explore a variety of techniques from deep pressure oil massage, stretches, mobilisations, tractions. In sports massage we will use a more specific and targeted approach to help with pain, injury or simply that much needed full body reset. We might use a range of modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Mobilisation to name a few. You as the client are always in control as we work together to achieve the desired goals.
