Great massage as usual and the atmosphere is so much better now the waiting area is upstairs and away from the treatment rooms. Much easier to relax now as there’s very little noise.

It felt like the therapists had no idea what they were doing; one of them was on her phone during the massage. Our experience was not pleasant at all. We were really disappointed and didn’t get a refund.
