I was greeted by a warm smile and headed to the massage room. The room is a little bit small but fit for purpose. I had a Swedish massage and it was right spot on.

Fantastic massage, friendly staff and would definitely go back. Bit strange having to wait in the gym reception area but the actual massage itself was one of the best!

I had the combination of the deep tissue and hot stone massage. It really helped to ease out the knots and tensions. I would highly recommend.
