The masseuse was a tiny girl who actually climbed up on the table to work on my back! She was extremely strong and experienced, pounded out all the knots with her elbows and hands and also did some relaxing broad strokes and stretching of muscles. Very good value for money, especially if you have tough muscles that need help.. Ask at the gym counter when you get in, they send someone down to get you.
