First time at this spa, must admit wasn't expecting to have to walk through the gym to get to the treatment room. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the deep tissue massage, the therapist knew exactly where my knots were and was able to undo them. I would definitely visit again and recommend friends to go.

Amy was fantastic, great therapeutic / Thai massage. Room it self was quite nice and relaxing. Wasn't a huge fan of waiting in the gym cafe, or the ambiance of it, but for the price you can't complain. Would go back.
