Once you get through the gym and up the stairs to the massage room it's well worth it. Excellent value.

I had a deep tissue massage with stones - really did the trick, particularly in removing stresses and tension. She really knew what she was doing and was conscious of making sure that she wasn't applying too much pressure. The hot stones were amazing in soothing knots in my body and the therapist made sure she did the most massage in the areas of my body that needed it the most. The actual massage room was nice and there was good music in the background - I didn't really like that it was in a gym venue - would have been improved if it was in spa setting although you didn't really hear any outside noise.

Would definitely go back. Didn't like the entrance through the Gym but the room was lovely. Had the Thai massage which was superb. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, had a fab time.
