Amazing. I haven't been able to raise my left arm for about 6 months. Went to the doctor and they did nothing but prescribed me medication for the pain. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and left being able to raise my arm for the first time in ages. The lovely lady there even gave me some exercises to keep it that way. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and I will definitely be going back.
