Once you get over the very male muscle gym waiting area - please do not let this put you off, led upstairs into a single room which was just like any other beauty spa room I have been in. I had a 1.5 hr deep tissue and hot stone massage and it was really amazing. First time with hot stones and it was truly luxurious. Be prepared to bend and move but it is really worth it. I came out with a new body!

Very good massage, the therapist (Amy) was very professional. I had recently twisted my ankle and she did a great job on reducing the discomfort. Good value for money for a central London location.

My friend and I were delighted with the couples massage. Staff were great; friendly and very good at massage. Treatment ran on time and lasted the full hour. I think calling it a spa was a bit of a stretch as it's just a room in the myriad of corridors above the busy gym. However the room was very nice once you're in it; warm and cosy with relaxing music. You cult easily forget the gym outside. Overall, in terms of value for money in such a central location you can't beat it and we would definitely return.
