I had deep tissue and hot stone massage. The massage itself was ok but I have found the therapist a bit inexperienced on handling the hot stones (dropping on the floor several times etc..). I will try to go back again but this time I will choose just the massage..
Great location - easy to find, just off the main streets of Covent Garden - handy for Holborn tube station. The venue is in fact within a gym, so you do have to walk across the busy gym floor, but the treatment room was tucked away and very tranquil. This was a Thai style massage, so do not be afraid if the therapist gets up on the table to manipulate your joints and muscles. The massage was very intense - in a good way - and the therapist was very thorough and polite at all times. I felt properly stretched out and reenergised afterwards. Given the price, this treatment was excellent value for money - as long as you don't mknd walking through a gym to get there, I would definitely recommend it.
I absolutely love this place! the location can be a bit tricky to find for the first time but the room is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and and the ambience was amazing, very relaxing. It was actually my second time here and I intend to go back again sometime very soon!
The therapist I had was good, but she put too much oil and therefore I did not feel the effects of the deep tissue massage. Therefore, I didn't feel as relaxed as I normally do after one of this salons massages, which is a shame as I usually love this treatment!
Nevertheless, the value for money was very good.
