If you like a really deep tissue massage this is it! The therapist did keep checking in so it was possible to moderate pressure in some areas. Would recommend.

Great value massage. Needed to work out knots and this completely did the trick. The spa is not a palace but nice and clean, staff were lovely and attentive.
