Wonderful relaxing message that loosened up my shoulders and left my feeling peaceful and refreshed. Polite and friendly service. Bit daunting walking into the macho gym but the massage room felt a world away from the men pumping iron downstairs. You could hear the sounds from the gym a little, but the relaxing music in the massage room helped keep thse noises at bay.

My first ever massage, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Everything was relaxed, straightforward and efficient. The room was quiet and calm. The therapist was thorough and targeted all the points which needed attention and I am feeling amazing as a result.
