A good deep tissue massage - the therapist used Thai massage-style methods (lots of elbow and forearm used, she also sat on the table to work on my back) but with oil, and gave plenty of attention to trigger points of tension. I like a very firm massage - which is what I got.
The therapist was friendly and asked me whether I wanted special attention on any specific areas at the start of the massage.
I have rated this massage very good for the therapist, but sadly the venue is only functional at best, so don't go if you're looking for a treat or a luxury treatment. I've been once before and on both occasions the massage was very good, but on the first visit there was a lot of sound from a nearby exercise class resonating up through the floor from the gym below, and this time there was a lot of noise from what I think was an air-con unit in the room. They do their best to combat the inevitable noise with soothing music, and the room is clean and looks the part, but this will never be a relaxing place to drift off in.

Good, strong deep tissue massage. Once you are in the room the ambiance is great. Probably more suited to a seasoned massage go-er. Definitely had a Thai massage feel to it, but very enjoyable, and I would go back.

I had deep tissue and hot stone massage. The massage itself was ok but I have found the therapist a bit inexperienced on handling the hot stones (dropping on the floor several times etc..). I will try to go back again but this time I will choose just the massage..
