I enjoyed a deep tissue massage and I would rate the staff 5 star and the venue 4 star. Will return.

Good massage. Venue was well located, but have to walk through a gym to get to it. Expensive unless you have a discount by going at a non-peak time. Massage was v good, and therapist knew what she was doing. Would go back.

Unfortunately I would not recommend coming here. I booked here twice and the first time I was kept waiting 15 mins. I thought this may have been a one off but today I was kept waiting another 15 mins ( my friend had also booked a massage earlier this week and was also kept waiting for 15-20 mins)
After that amount of time I called the number for the spa (it is within a gym) and no one answered. I was just about to leave when someone comes to collect me and there was no apology. Nothing.
I explained this is the second time I have been kept waiting and all I was told was they can cancel my appointment? No apologies for the lateness or for the fact I had taken time out of my day to travel up there.
When asked to speak to the manager I was told I wasn't able to and only until I insisted I was out trough to someone who hung up on me mid convo.
At this point I was far from relaxed and felt very disappointed in the levels of customer service and called Treatwell for a refund (who were very polite and apologised for my poor experience at this salon).
I would steer clear and book somewhere reliable where they have higher levels of customer service, I would not come back nor recommend this place to family or friends.
