Don't be put off by the fact that this massage salon is located inside a gym that's full of muscle men. It is a clean and tidy oasis. I had a deep tissue massage which was inspired by the Thai style of massage - not exactly relaxing, but the therapist was strong and able to knead out the knots in my back and shoulders. Exactly what was needed.

My best friend and I went to have a couples massage last week. We received excellent massages and really enjoyed the experience. The only let down is that the spa is situated inside a gym which kind of ruins the ambience. But other than that we would thoroughly recommend it.

bit disconcerting walking through soho gym to get to however the massage room is lovely and can make you forget where you are instantly. i received a very good deep tissue massage and will definitely be back!
