The Thai Massage was perfect - really alleviated numerous aches and pains that my physio has been trying to sort for weeks? As others noted going into the Gym area can feel a bit strange but the treatment room could be a million miles away. All in all a great treatment and I'll definitely be making this a more regular feaure
