The Spa treatment room is located above the gym and waiting at the gym reception could be a little disconcerting. I asked the therapist to focus on my shoulders as I'd been sitting too long at my computer. Whilst I was a little achy the next day, the improvement in movement was well worth it.

It is just a converted room at the top of the gym, so skip if you want the whole spa experience. However, the room was lovely and ambience was calming within in. I was offered a choice of oils to be used which all smelled lovely! Masseuse was very sweet and polite.

We had a couple massage over the weekends - I chose the Aromatherapy Massage and my partner had the Thai Massage. Both of our therapists were professional and friendly. The room layout was simple but comfortable. It would be great if the massage oil used was scented.

2nd visit here and was not disappointed - I walked out feeling knot-free and de-stressed. The tube strike was on for this visit and all appointments were checked in advance which was good communication. The appointment was a bit late starting but treatment time wasn't so all in all excellent customer service.

I've been coming to Opulence Spa for over a year now and had at least 10 massages. Sadly my usual therapist seems to have left. But all the therapists seem to be trained to a high standard. I suffer from tension in the shoulder area and feel better even three days later. I can highly recommend the spa for massages.
