This is a great spa and definitely don't be put off by it being in a gym. One of the staff met us at the gym reception and took us direct to the treatment room. It's amazing how the gym fades away once inside. My therapist asked me numerous times if the pressure was ok and also seemed to just sense where my sore spots were, while she didn't shy away room them she didn't push too hard so I got a massage that was therapeutic and relaxing.

never disappointed by the quality of the service and knowledge of the massager, I am a regular client and I think it's impossible to find a better value for money for a DTM in London. I wish that the air-condition was little more quite but it doesn't affect the experience.

amy was very friendly and apologetic when the appointment had to be delayed because the previous customer was late. she still gave me the full hour and worked on the areas i requested. would have been better if it was more forceful but will definitely come back again and ask to go harder on it.
