I went to the opulence spa - covent garden a few times already and i'll keep going again. the thai massage session is always up to expectations, and i like that it can always be 'customised' asking to spend more or less time on legs, back, shoulders and head. Use of oil is also included at no extra charge. the room is quiet, despite being upstairs of a gym, i can hardly hear any noise.

incredibly bad massage. i was picked up 5 minutes late and we did not make up for the lost time. therapist had no pressure in her hand at all, even after requesting it. i felt even worse afterwards because i was even clearer about my tight zones which was not remedied at all. not very friendly also. never again.

Fantastic, great value massage. My therapist paid particular attention to my problem areas and although the massage was painful at times, it was a 'good' pain and I felt much better afterwards. Great central location too
